Series-production and assembling
We maintain serial production of air/climatic-systems for aviation. These components are made of fiberglass reinforced epoxy.
To complete a tool set, depending on the production of the component and the desired quantity, permanent Vacuum bags are used as an alternative to the classic film evacuation.

Customer datas or 3D models are usually at the beginning of each project and support the production of composite components through to final realization.

We produce individual pieces, small series and prototypes, classic by hand in the usual method or according to your records and models. Here are a variety of methods and materials.

Piekenbrink Composite GmbH is a medium-sized company with 100 employees. We produce composite structural parts – from prototypes to series production – using any available processes and materials.
Our customers benefit from a comprehensive range of products and services from one source: CAD, moulding, tooling, surface coating / finishing as well as differently processed metal components (milled or welded), possibly with galvanic surface finishing.
For our customers in the aircraft and defense industry we supply ready assembled and tested components made from composite material and metal according to their specifications and requirements.
Our production is based on a wide range of equipment, for example prepreg laminating machine, autoclaves up to 400°C, NC cutter, CAM and a number of furnaces. We thus have the requisite equipment for a serial production of 1.000 pieces and more.
Our quality control is based on customer’s specification and our in-house quality management system certified according to DIN EN 9100. For the production of our aerospace components we have to prove seamless process and part documentation. Also, we carry out the final inspection of all finished aerospace components.
