Series-production and assembling
We maintain serial production of air/climatic-systems for aviation. These components are made of fiberglass reinforced epoxy.
To complete a tool set, depending on the production of the component and the desired quantity, permanent Vacuum bags are used as an alternative to the classic film evacuation.
Model and tooling
Customer datas or 3D models are usually at the beginning of each project and support the production of composite components through to final realization.

Functional and prototype models

The Piekenbrink Company is a medium sized family with 70 employees. They prepare composite structural parts with all available methods and materials. Our customers have the advantage to get everything from one source like surface finish, with or without metal components such as roller-pressed-, milled or welded components, also with galvanic treatments on metal surfaces. For our customers in the aerospace and defense industry, we supply fully assembled and tested units from composite and metal regarding specification and / or EN9100:2009 requirements.
Our production is based on a wide range, starting with CAD, modeling, tooling and reusable vacuum bags, from devices such as prepreg laminating machine, autoclave upto 400 ° C, NC cutter, CAM and a number of furnaces for prototypes and pre-series-parts up to series production of 1000 pieces or more.
Our services include CAD, moulding, tooling and surface-finishing/coating. For our customers of the aircraft and defence industry we also supply ready assembled and tested units regarding DIN EN ISO 9100 requirements.
Our quality assurance is based on customer specifications and created in-house quality system concerned in accordance with EN9100:2009. For our production of Aircraft- components we need to document complete process and part evidence and carry out the final inspection of finished articles.
